The digitization path starts by defining which documents and/or pictures must be digitally available. Subsequently, the structure, index features and browser keys for the archive are determined. Next, these are used to store your archive after it has been scanned by REISSWOLF. From that moment on, your archive is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

REISSWOLF provides the software and the space needed on a secure server through a subscription. Your staff, if authorized, can make use of the archive at any time of day and from any place in the world by means of a browser such as Internet Explorer by simply entering their unique personal log-on code. In this way, documents and/or pictures can be examined, downloaded and sent. The software provided by REISSWOLF has OCR (optical character recognition). This means that a quick and simple search can be carried out on the basis of words occurring in the document, whereas an extensive search can also be performed on the basis of pre-determined features and browser keys.
