Our sister company REISSWOLF owns a special facility in Scheemda to store archives in accordance with rigorous REISSWOLF standards.

This archive storage space is secured by means of an alarm system and CCTV cameras. Each box room is locked with a unique key held only by REISSWOLF and – if necessary – the client. The box rooms come in various sizes and have racks

as a standard accessory.

There are two ways to manage archives:

The client can arrange and manage his own box room himself. Only authorized persons are admitted to the storage space and they must be able to identify themselves whenever they wish to gain access.

If so desired, REISSWOLF can also manage the archives, including arranging and filing. In this case, certain pre-arranged features are linked to unique registration codes. REISSWOLF

has specially developed software that can be used free of

charge to consult the status of the archive. Searches for documents are effected at the request of authorized persons

and when found, they can be delivered by courier, fax or e-mail.

REISSWOLF’s staff have all signed an official statement to guarantee strict confidentiality.
