To safeguard the confidentiality of data on paper or on digital data carriers, it is vital to collect these materials separately, so that they can also be processed separately. This aspect is dealt with for Virol BV by its affiliated company REISSWOLF.

The main characteristic of REISSWOLF is the closed system guaranteeing 100% security. REISSWOLF employs security containers of various sizes to hold the documents and materials to be destroyed, and exclusively uses vehicles with a closed security structure to pick them up.

The containers are also emptied into a completely closed vehicle, especially developed for this purpose by REISSWOLF. On the destruction site, the lorry first drives into an air lock. Then the outside gates are closed and the doors to the secure destruction room are opened. Here the materials are dumped and subsequently destroyed in accordance with DIN standard 32757-1.

Each stage in the process is carefully documented. After destruction of the materials, a certificate of guarantee is issued setting out the relevant instructions in the European Directives and the Privacy Act. Incidentally, rest materials are used for recycling wherever possible.
